- Upper Level -
Sanctuary
Our building features a beautiful updated sanctuary with a capacity for 150 upholstered chairs. The new contemporary colour palate is stunning, a perfect backdrop for the gorgeous original stained glass windows. The space offers wonderful acoustics particularly for our beloved baby grand piano. The sanctuary is equipped with a brand new sound and projection system with live streaming capabilities.
Upper Room
The Upper Room is located on the top floor at the back of the Sanctuary. This room comfortably fits 10 people as a meeting or gathering space.
This space can be used as overflow space to fit up to 15 additional chairs for the sanctuary. The Upper Room has mounted speakers enabling excellent audio from the Sanctuary regardless whether or not the door is open or closed.
- Lower Level -
Westminster Hall
Westminster hall is on the lowest level of the building and can host a capacity of 100 people. Chairs and 6-foot, 8-foot or square folding tables are available for this space for users to set up how ever they wish. Additionally a projector, projection screen and HDMI cabling are available for projection from a laptop connection.
Kitchen
Westminster's kitchen has recently been updated and is equipped with one large industrial refrigerator, dish washer, four sinks, plenty of preparation space and two electric stove-top ovens. The kitchen is on the lowest level of the building in close proximity to Westminster Hall and Fellowship Room.
Our kitchen has been inspected and is approved by Southwestern Public Health.
Fellowship Room
The Fellowship Room is a great meeting space for up to 25 people, with easy access to Westminster Hall and our kitchen. This space can be used as overflow for Westminster Hall, or as a preparation area. This room is on the lowest level, directly below the sanctuary.
Catering
We encourage you to explore options from some of our favourite local businesses and caterers. We love Thamesford Pizza for more casual events and our summer camps!
Accessibility
All levels of the building are accessible using the lift. Assistance will be required to open doors to entrances.
Washrooms
Our building has one wheelchair accessible, non-gendered and family-use restroom. Two additional gendered restrooms are also available. All of the washrooms are in the same hallway on the lowest level of the building.
Parking
Westminster is located on the corner of George St. / Delatre St. Parking is mainly available in our own parking lot on Delatre St. Additionally, there is street parking along the side of the road on Delatre St., George St., or across George St. in another parking area.
We ask you to be respectful to our neighbours by using our own parking lot on Delatre St. when possible.
